3. Learn to Say No
One of the biggest stressors in my life is all of the things I say yes to! All the events that I’d rather skip, all the tasks that I allow to pile up at work. So this year I’ve been very intentional about only saying yes to things I truly want to do. Start saying no to things that make you feel anxious or don’t bring you joy and watch how that alleviates so much stress and worry from your life.
