Wind industry seeks tax guidance on credit language change

Having secured the extension of the wind energy Production Tax Credit, the wind power industry is awaiting guidance from federal tax experts to interpret a change to the credit's language that would allow companies to benefit from starting project construction in 2013, Politico reports.
