Whitfield: No change to biofuel rule expected

Rep. Ed Whitfield, R-Ky., the chairman of the House's Energy and Power subcommittee, said he does not expect Congress to cut back on a biofuel production mandates despite a push from oil and gas companies to weaken the rule, The Hill reports.
