Watchdog: Seaports and borders safe from nukes, airports not

The Department of Homeland Security has successfully deployed radiation detection equipment at seaports and border crossings to prevent terrorists from smuggling nuclear material into the country.  But challenges remain in implementing the same detectors for aircraft and for trains coming from Canada and Mexico, according to a study by the Government Accountability Office.
