US Chamber looks to push energy policy to center of fiscal talks

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is set to expand its campaign to put energy policy at the center of Congress' fiscal talks, as CEO Tom Donohue addresses the Chamber's board on the need to develop energy resources, The Hill reports.
