UN seeks simplified negotiations to establish emissions limits

Diplomats at the United Nations climate change talks in Doha are trying to streamline negotiations for the first time in six years in an attempt to develop a treaty to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 2015, Bloomberg reports.
