Tomblin talks permits, regulation battle at industry meeting

West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin spoke in favor of coal mining and gas drilling in his state at a meeting with industry leaders, highlighting his government's attempts to block President Obama's pollution rules and plans to secure new drilling permits, The Charleston Gazette reports.
