Shell's Arctic oil project would require infrastructure if successful

If Shell's drilling project to collect oil in the Beaufort and Chukchi seas in the Arctic region is successful, it could be hindered by a lack of pipelines or ports in the region, resulting in several years and billions of dollars of infrastructure investment before any oil could be refined, FuelFix reports.
