Shell acknowledges tax played role role in Kulluk movement

According to a company spokesman, a state tax assessment was considered in Shell's decision to move its ill-fated Kulluk drilling rig from Alaskan waters before its grounding, though it was not one of the company's "main drivers," Bloomberg reports.
