Sen. Boxer announces plans for 'climate change clearinghouse'

Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., said plans are moving forward for Democrats and interest Republicans to hold weekly "climate change clearinghouse" meetings to discuss climate change legislation and new technology, The Hill reports.
