Salazar to tighten wild horse sales rules

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said his department is moving to strengthen regulations of the government's wild horse programs by limiting the number of horses that can be purchased and removing barriers to prosecute those who sell mustangs for slaughter, ProPublica reports
