Salazar finalizes potash development plan in New Mexico

UPDATED 20:35 PM EST, December 3, 2012

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar filed a order to set terms for the production of potash resources in southeast New Mexico. The Designated Potash Area spans 500,000 acres, according to a department press release.
