Retiring Shuler to lobby for Duke Energy

Retiring Rep. Heath Shuler, D-N.C., is set to serve as a federal affairs official Duke Energy, the nation's largest electric utility. During the lame duck session, Shuler will not vote on matters that would affect the company, The Hill reports.
