Republican says Jackson departure could expand tension with EPA

Rep. David McKinley, R-W.Va., a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee expressed concern that the departure of EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson could expand tensions between Congress and the agency, The Hill reports.
