Report: Gulf of Mexico will reemerge as top offshore market

A report from the International Strategy and Investment Group projected that the number of floating rigs in the Gulf of Mexico will expand from 36 to 60 in 2015, marking a rebound from the 2010 BP oil spill, FuelFix reports.
