Reid's top energy adviser leaving Capitol Hill

Christopher Miller, a top energy adviser for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and other lawmakers, told friends and colleagues that he plans to leave his post after 26 years working on Capitol Hill, The Hill reports.
