Record Jobless Rate Shows French Economic Recovery Uneven

Economic woes are deepening France, where the jobless rate has reached 10.3%, its highest point in 13 years. Youth unemployment now stands at 24.9%. The country's economy, Europe's 2nd largest, has not yet been revived by the policies of recently elected Socialist president Francois Hollande.
