As post-Sandy Northeast rebuilds, death toll increases

As people in New York City, New Jersey and other regions affected by Hurricane Sandy sought to clean up damaged neighborhoods and rebuild from the storm's damage, the number of deaths of the storm climbed to 121 people, Reuters reports.
