Ohio EPA: Chemical company responsible for fish deaths

A report from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency concluded that Dover Chemical Corp. was responsible for the death of about 4,600 fish after releasing a bleach solution in to Sugar Creek, TimesReporter.com reports.
