Murkowski floats five-year phaseout of wind tax credit

 Sen. Lisa Murkowski, the top Republican on the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, suggests Congress should consider a five-year phaseout of the wind energy tax credit as part of a deal to renew it by year's end, The Hill reports.
