Israel has arrested a member of the Islamic Jihad in the West Bank town of Tamun. The arrest of the terror operative sparked violent demonstrations in the area. The growing strength of terror groups in the West Bank, indexed by the latest operation, may undermine international exhortations that Jerusalem make further territorial concessions and take further risks for peace.
