GE's plans for electric vehicles face competition from natural gas

General Electric Co.'s pledge to purchase 25,000 electric vehicles is facing a challenge from natural gas-powered vehicles, as some members of the corporate-fleet unit seek more diverse options, Bloomberg reports.
