Four companies take advantage of DHS fuel waiver

Since the Department of Homeland Security issued a blanket waiver of the Jones Act last Friday to allow foreign ships to carry fuel areas damaged by Hurricane Sandy, four companies have chosen to take advantage of the policy, Reuters reports.
