Exxon hires former U.S. diplomate on Iraq-Kurd dilemma

Exxon Mobil hired Jeffrey James, former U.S. ambassador to Iraq, to consult the company as it faces a decision between operating in the Baghdad-run south or honoring deals with the autonomous Kurdistan region, Reuters reports.
