EPA: Portland Harbor contamination does not warrant more cleanup

The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed removing the Portland Harbor cleanup site from its list of Superfund sites after concluding that the pollution in the harbor does not have a level of contamination to warrant further cleanup efforts, The Oregonian reports.
