EPA issues violations notices to Shell for Arctic air violations

The Environmental Protection Agency issued two separate notices of violations to Shell Oil Co. for excess nitrogen oxide emissions from its Arctic drilling units, breaching the company's Clean Air Act permits, FuelFix reports.
