Environmental groups grant EPA extension for new power plant rules

Defenders of Wildlife, Earthjustice, the Environmental Integrity Project and the Sierra Club agreed to give the Environmental Protection Agency more time to propose new rules for coal-fired power plants, according to the Daily Environment Report.
