DHS improving on chemical security, too early for assessment, GAO finds

A Government Accountability Office report found that the Department of Homeland Security's Infrastructure Compliance Security Division is making progress in it efforts to manage its Chemical Security Program. According to the report, 40 percent of the 94-point plan the ISCD developed have been completed, making it too early to assess the final outcomes of the changes.
