Critics say federal offshore policies remain unwieldy

Watchdogs, environmental groups and workers rights groups remain critical of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, the agency tasked with overseeing offshore drilling, for failing to move forward with new rules or enforce existing regulation, FuelFix reports.
