Conn. Gov Malloy's energy plan draws ire of heating oil dealers

Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy's plan to expand the state's natural gas distribution network drew criticism from heating oil dealers who say the plan would bolster big utility companies and push them out of business, The New Haven Register reports.
