Colombia wants talks with Nicaragua over maritime dispute

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos said he will meet with Nicaragua's Daniel Ortega to help ease a dispute over oil-rich maritime territory at the nations' sea borders after a UN court decision granted the disputed territory to Nicaragua, Reuters reports.
