China: Durban climate deal not a 'new regime'

China said the Durban Platform, a plan to combat climate change through reducing emissions, will not be a "new regime," contrasting the U.S., which wants the greenhouse gas goals to apply to developing nations as well as developed nations, Bloomberg reports.
