Another Round of Russian Assassinations In London?

The Telegraph somewhat colorfully asks whether "Russian assassins [are] on the loose in Britain," as British authorities continue to investigate the death of Russian businessman Alexander Perepilichny, whose body was found in his estate last month. Police initially linked the tragedy to natural causes, but subsequent interviews and investigations raised suspicions of personal or political links. Relations between Russia and Britain have been chilly since the 2006 polonium poisoning of former Russian KGB officer Alexander Litvinenko in London, an assassination to which Moscow was linked.
