After spill, BP remains top Gulf producer

BP, hit with a $4.5 billion settlement by the federal government for its 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, currently employs 23,000 Americans and remains the biggest oil producer in the Gulf, The Wall Street Journal reports.
